Export PDF to excel or word

Hello, I have a new laptop and I have a document that I would like to conver to word, but is not showing the options on the side of the document as before. can you please help

Hello Guillermog,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not getting the option of exporting a PDF file to Word, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and not getting the option to export pdf, sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
