Export pdf to MS Word

Question

I am not able to export/convert pdf to ms word. Brings me to page which indicates I need to subscribe but there is no way for me to do that. When I try to subscribe, Adobe indicates that I already have an account which is current. Thoughts on how to fix? Thanks.

Hi Davidk,

As per the description given above, I am assuming that the application you are working with is Adobe Acrobat DC not Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Try downloading the Adobe Reader DC and remove Acrobat DC (If you have that installed), as Export PDF subscription doesn't work with the Acrobat DC desktop app.

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
