Export PDF tool changing font in converted pdf file

I purchased the Export PDF license recently and used few PDF files to convert to Docx format. Converted document looks fine but the font has been changed. Can this be fixed.

    Hi Durgas,

    As explained above, that you have checked with the couple of files and font changed for them after conversion.

    quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. Also, there could be a possibility that particular font has not been embedded to the document.

    Thanks for your reply.

    The PDF documents I am trying to convert looks good in quality and it wasn't through Scan To/Print To pdf options. I can send you a sample to test but not finding a way here to upload. Please let me know how to pass a document for you to diagnose.
