Export PDF-Unable to convert the document, Error:There was an error in "Sign In".

have tried to convert documents - successful in entering name and password -then get a message stating there was an error in 'sign in' - this has been going on for months and I have not been able to get any assistance

Hi Junen61287326,

As mentioned above, that its an Adobe Export PDF subscription that you have subscribed to.

In order to use the Export PDF service, Make sure that you have installed the correct application and working on its latest version which is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Also, if you are working online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf then try with the different web browser. As its a "Sign In" error so for testing purpose you may turn the security software (if you have any) off for a while and then try.

If non of the suggestion helps, then please share the screenshot of the message that you get during Sign In.
