Export to Excel fails

Soooooooooo frustrating!

I pay the fee for Excel export....initiate the file....wait....wait....wait....wait....wait...CONVERSION FAILS!

Um....am I doing something wrong?  Is my Karma in need of repair?  Does Adobe's conversion software even work?

Hi Waterboy_One,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

As per your account information, yes you did subscribe for "Export PDF" service.

As mentioned above, that the conversion of pdf to excel is keep failing. So for that could you confirm how you have been trying the conversion?

Is it online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC? Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If you are trying the conversion through Reader DC then you may try it online once. And if it is causing problem online, then you may try it with the different web browser.

Make sure that the file that you are trying to convert is not more than 100Mb in size.
