Export to Image in 1:1 scale

How do I maintain the exact scale of an image when I export to jpeg?

While preparing the reply to your question, I went through my Export, Import process I've been using and I discovered the the answer to my issue.  It seems I exported the pdf in Landscape mode and Imported it into my drawing package in Portrait.  Once I resolved this, everything scaled correctly.
