Export to PDF feature not working

We have recently upgraded Adobe (Version 2017.009.2044) and now we can't use Export to PDF.  It was working fine before and our subscription is still valid.  If I click on this option, nothing happens at all.

    Are you still experiencing the issue?

    Could you please try signing out of the application and sign back in and see if that works as suggested in the link below?

    Export PDF not working from within Adobe Reader

    Also, try to access the service using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Keep us posted with the results.
