Export to PDF included but wants me to sign up for trial.

Question

If I review all the "Apps included with my plan (web)" (Photography Plan), I have listed

Convert an unlimited number of PDF files into MS Word, Excel, or RTF files for easy editing with this convenient online service.

However when I attempt to convert a .PDF it's asking me to sign up for a trial or upgrade...

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked that you have a Photography plan. It does not include the Acrobat Export PDF service.

You will require the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF service pack to export PDFs into MS Word, Excel, or RTF files.
