My welcome screen changed. Where do I convert files to Word?

You can access Export PDF from Adobe Reader, or via the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.

Is it the Reader welcome screen that looks different to you now? How has it changed?

I was trying to log in under the wrong email, it said welcome Greg as if it was correct, once I changed emails, it looked correct.
