Export to Word is not working

I am having this same issue.  I have rebooted, I have copied and pasted the link into another browser, I have signed out and back in again, and I have cleaned my cache.  I have done everything that has been suggested in these forums and I am still getting the same message below.  I have had this service for about 2 years and it is doubtful that I will renew because it has been down like this more than I have been able to convert files.  It works for several weeks when I first pay for it each year and then I continually have problems.  It seems like this is just a scam to get money and then the service never works.  Please fix.

I used to open PDFs in Reader then convert and download but its not working.

However I just went to my cloud

https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

I was able to upload a pdf convert and download from there.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue.

Do you get the same error message on the desktop application while exporting PDF?

Pease try once to log in here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Check if you can export PDF or not.

Let us know if the issue still persists.
