We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not getting the ExportPDF option on Adobe Reader and not able to login with your current Adobe ID password, Is that correct?
The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID and password, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
You mentioned that you are not able to Sign-in as the password of your Adobe ID is not working. Please reset your Adobe ID password, refer to the KB doc to know how to reset the password for your Adobe ID Adobe ID account and sign-in troubleshooting
Once the password is reset, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and the new password.https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
If you want to use the Adobe ExportPDF service through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and the new password.
