Exporting PDF to Excel

When I try to convert PDF to Excel I keep getting a message about not being connected to the internet, I don't understand as I am hard-wired in at work.

I have a similar issue--it says the service is "currently unavailable" and has said this since last week. I have some time sensitive work that needs to be done and I cannot do it right now. Would appreciate a response and solution from Adobe after I have paid for this service that is not working.
