Exporting pdf to excel using online ExportPDF

What is the specific error that you're encountering? There are certain types of files that can't be converted, such as those that are password protected, or part of PDF Portfolio.

But, it could be that the document is too complex for ExportPDF to convert before the service times out. Let's try the following for starters:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Try a different browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services for a list of supported browsers)
• If you've been able to upload the file to your Acrobat.com online account, try converting it from there.
• Try converting it in Acrobat (you can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html).
