I subscribed to ExportPDF yesterday and it doesn't work. The program still asks me to subscribe. Beyond frustrating. I'm stopping payment of the credit charge.

    I've checked your account and all is well there. If you're still unable to log in, please clear the browser cache, and log in using a supported browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services) to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password.

    If you're trying to log in via Adobe Reader, and getting an error message there, then please try the web interface instead.
