Hola.

Hice una subscripcion de 25 euros al año para poder utilizar el exportPDF, luego me mandaron un correo para iniciar sesión y me manda directo a una pagina donde dice que me tengo que subscribir de nuevo. Cuando hago click me dice que no puedo utilizar ese producto en España y ya lo pague. Necesito ayuda urgente, gracias

Hi diegor41670609,

I've checked your account, but don't see a record of any subscription. Did you perhaps use a different email address to sign up for ExportPDF? Or, did you subscribe via the Reader mobile app? If you did, your subscription is managed by the app store from which you purchased the app--Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions).

ExportPDF is available for purchase in Spain, so once we figure out your subscription status, you should be able to log in and convert files.

Please let me know if you signed up using a different email address than you use to post in the forums (but don't include that email in your response). If you signed up via Reader for mobile, please contact the appropriate app store.
