ExportPDF doesn't retan fonts

The ExportPDF online service has a large library of fonts that it uses for conversion. But it sounds like the font you've used may not be available (and it's not embedded in the PDF).

For starters, you can try disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community. You can also reapply the correct font in Word, if necessary.

Please let us know how it goes. If that doesn't work, we'll take a closer look at the PDF.
