ExportPDF doesn't work anymore

I've been attempting to upload documents to convert for weeks and keep getting the same message that the system is currently unavailable. I have an annual service subscription. Is the service no longer available?

Hi ,

Please check the internet connection .

Try to log out and then log back in and then see if you are able to.

How are you trying to access the service, with Reader or online within a browser?

When I attempt to access the URL you provided I get the message below, the same message I've been getting for some time. My internet connection is fine. I get the same message using Reader or browser. Is the ExportPDF service still functioning and available? I do expect to use the service I paid for, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore...thanks for the response.
