exportpdf is producing blank pages

each times I've added the same pdf it comes out as blank word pages. I was able to convert two other files earlier. Now it repeats the same mistake with this same file.

    Hi rainbowsparrow,

    How does this PDF differ from the other the convert correctly? Does it have different fonts? How many pages is it? If you'd like, I'd be happy to take a look at the file myself. Let me know if that sounds like a plan, and I'll send you private message with my email address.

    Thank you, Sara, for your prompt reply. There are 8 pages. 7 of them are totally blank with nothing on them. The last page has one sentence on it, only. I would be glad to send these to you.
