ExportPDF not converting

I have uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled Adobe. I have clear my cache, I have change recognized text, and I have change browsers, Export will not allow me to convert a PDF to doc.

Hi ExportPDF won't convert,

Let's gather some information so we can figure out what's going on.

  • Are you unable to export any files, or is the problem specific to a file or set of files?
  • How large are the file or files that you're trying to convert, and how were they created?
  • Are you on Mac OS or Windows (and what version)?
  • How were those PDF files created?
  • What version of Reader are you using? (The current version is 11.0.10).
  • What browsers have you tried?

I am unable to export any files.

11.6 KB is the an average size of an invoice.

I am in Windows 7 Professional.

PDF were generated from AS400 system.

Adobe Reader XI is what I'm using.

Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are the two browser I have.

What happens when you try to convert the files? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it?
