ExportPdf stopped exporting pdf file to word in Japanese, although on 02/25/2016 was exporting correctly.

The ExportPdf applied to text in Japanese scanned to pdf began issuing the "file conversion error."

The same text was converted correctly on 25/02/2016.

What can be the cause ?
