ExportPDF won't convert my file; says it's not a supported type

In order to convert my "LiveCareer" resume I am routed to Acrobat.com and requested to sign up for the monthly plan in order to convert and then told that this PARTICULAR document is in a form that cannot be converted. Then why am I sent here and requested to sign up if it's not effective? I want my money back.

    Hi wendewth,

    I'm sorry that the ExportPDF service did not work out for you. There are several types of PDF files that ExportPDF can't convert, including PDF portfolios, or those that have security applied.

    I would be happy to cancel your subscription for you. Would you like me to go ahead and do that? If you're canceling within the first 30 days, I'll also be able to process a full refund for you.
