Failed to convert a PDF to word

I am trying to convert a 34 MB PDF to a word document using Export PDF.

Unfortunately, all I get is :

"Conversion Failure" - with no reason and no options.

Does anyone have any clues?  I specifically bought this tools to convert this file.

    Hi frontline digital,

    Well, you're certainly within the 100 MB file-size limit, but it may be that the file is too complex to process fully before the ExportPDF service times out. Can you please tell me a bit more about the file you're trying to convert (how many pages, what sort of content it is, how many fonts, and so on)?

    Things you can try for starters include:

    Hi Sara,

    Thanks for your response.

    The file is 51 pages. It only has one font, but it is not a standard font.

    There are a number of images in the document, but otherwise, nothing out

    of the ordinary.

    I tried what you suggested below, but still got the following error:
