Fails to send multiple files

Hi Adobe,

Recently I'm getting a lot of failed to send errors on Adobe Send when trying to send multiple PDF files to clients, is this a known issue as it's becoming very annoying and I'm paying for it!

Any helpful info would be good, thanks.

Try to combine all your files into a single zip file then upload it.

Check it and let me know if it works.

Hi Florence,

That's what I ended up doing but it's another step I could do without when you're sending a lot of PDFs off on a regular basis!
