Failure to convert to PDF

I have been having problems for several days now when I try to covert a file to a PDF on my Adobe Reader.  Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

    Hi jesusgirl60,

    Are you receiving the same error for multiple files, or does the issue seem to be particular to one file that you're trying to convert?

    In either case, let's start with this basic troubleshooting:

    • Choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader to make sure that you have the most current version.
    • Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com and try converting from the web interface.
    • If you have many files in the root folder of your Acrobat.com account, move the bulk of them into a subfolder, and then try to convert your file.

    I have it with multiple files, not all of them though.  Each day I need to convert 6 files to PDF.  After multiple attempts today I was finally able to convert 3 files but still have had no success with the other 3.
