Failure to save files

Whenever I edit a document, and want to save as a pdf file, the program hangs and presents a blank screen. I receive a dialog box saying "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working". After which "Windows is looking for a solution....". What can be responsible for this, and how can I get over this? It is costing enough money to not have this difficulty. Please advise.

Hi dayob99,

Please install the hotfix from this link  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/acrobat-dc-august-06-2015.html

Identify the track using this link http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/whatsnewdc.html

Let me know if the issue persist.

Yes, the problem still persists after installing the patch. I have a Continuous track product.
