Field of entry for multiple users

I'm trying to email a pdf to multiple users who don't have Photoshop or Acrobat Pro. I need to add a field of entry where they can add their own phone number for contact info. Please help!!!

(Neat user name!) Do you have Acrobat? If so, you can add a form field to the PDF that will allow your users to enter their phone number. See Acrobat Help | PDF form field basics for more information. If you don't have Acrobat, you're welcome to try it out. You can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
