File conversion

You certainly aren't running into the file-size limit of 100 MB for uploading to ExportPDF. What happens when you try to convert the file? Does ExportPDF return an error message? Or does, the service seem to hang?

For starters, if you're using the web interface, please clear the browser cache and try again (you may also want to use a different browser). If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.
