file conversion

I already signed up to convert and export PDF files.  I entered my credit card info and was able to do one file immeidately after signing up.  No each time that I attempt to convert Adobe in asking me to pay another fee.  I see on my profile that the account is set up to auto renew.  How can I select and convert with paying each time?

Hi goshen,

I've checked your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums, and there are no subscriptions tied to that email address. Is it possible that signed up using a different email address/Adobe ID? If so, please make sure that you're logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using the correct Adobe ID and password.
