file converted to word is blank

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. But first, a few questions:

• Did you convert from within Reader or via the ExportPDF website?
• Do you know whether the PDF that you converted was created from a scanned document?
• What elements does the PDF have: text, graphics, both?
• Where was the PDF created?
• Do other PDFs convert correctly?
