File handler integration problems

We have integrated Adobe file handler succesfully and some users have had no problems. However a few users dont see the option in sharepoint to open in document cloud. I¨ve checked in Azure/applications that they are assigned to adobe. Clearing cache dit not help and it seems as its a problem with the accounts as they have tried to access files from a persons browser that can open in document cloud.

The Document Cloud can't open files. Use Acrobat Reader.

Sorry for my bad english i must have explained badly. In sharepoint, right clicking on a PDF file gives some users the option to open in document cloud. This should be the case for all users, except some dont see the option.

I have never seen this option.
