I'm trying to access Adobe Export PDF but keep getting the entitled message instead.  What should I do; I have an paid annual contract through April.

Please try clearing the browser cache, and then logging back in. If that doesn't work, try a different web browser. See System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).

Please let us know if that doesn't do the trick.
