Files uploaded from PC cannot be seen in ipad mini

Uploaded PDF files using IE.

Signed into Acrobat.com on iPad mini but files cannot be seen.  Claims there are no files!

Why please?

    Hi sage-celt,

    Are you using the Reader app for iOS? You should be able to see the list of your uploaded files in the Reader app.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ken,

    And if you log in directly to cloud.acrobat.com/files via a laptop or desktop you do see all of your files? 

    IE isn't a supported browser for using Acrobat.com with iOS 5 and later (only Safari--with limited access and functionality--and the Reader App are supported). What happens when you upload files via the Reader app, or Safari?
