Fill and Sign Feature - Approve, edit, and re-approve

Hello,I am hoping there is a solution using Fill & Sign where I can send a document out for pre-approval (someone reviews and approves the potential work), then have someone complete the form, and send the document around for final approval signatures.Is there a way to do this using Adobe or does anyone know of a workaround?Thank you.

I believe what you are looking for can be achieved in two steps.

1- First, you send the document for review. Once the review is done or approved. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/starting-pdf-review.html

2- Then use the E-signature service to send it out for signing.

Can't be done in one go only.
