Fill and sign, if App is closed the docs that were being worked on are permanently lost.

Does this mean the document you have worked on were lost after closing the application?

Would you please check with the different file and also when you make changes in the file where exactly those files are saved, locally on device or on document cloud?

Check the application's update, and if that doesn't help then uninstall and reinstall it.
