Fill & Sign Android App Problems

I use the Adobe Fill & Sign DC App to upload a pdf file, fill it and sign it.  Then I save it to my Google Drive.  Then after that I open the Adobe Sign App.  I upload the file, fill out the recipient and send.  It has sent in the past but recently I have been getting an error message saying NOT SENT THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS. 

Any ideas on what seems to be the problem?  Just another Android issue??
