Fill&Sign not supported due to editing restrictions -- which one?

Hi

I tried to use Fill&Sign on one PDF I had to fill ... but when selecting the file I get an error message: editing restrictions - not supported. But I can't see what is the problem. The PDF allows filling and  signing... see attached screenshot. How do I know what is wrong?

Hi Manni;

The PDF is secured with password protection.  Fill & Sign does not yet support opening a password protected file.

Hi mannifique,

You are facing this error because you have permissions password set on this particular file, You need to remove permission password in this case, Here's how to do it :

Open the PDF in Acrobat, then select Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security.

Type your password in the Enter Password box, and then click OK. Click OK again to confirm the action.

Later, save the document and then try Fill and sign option.
