Fill & Sign on PDF has overlapped text from all pages (Adobe Acrobat Pro)

I have a single page PDF that I used the Fill & Sign tool to enter some information. The PDF has not been set up as a form.  I needed 7 copies that mostly had the same information, with two places where I entered unique information for each page. I filled in all the repetitive information, made copies of the page, and inserted the unique information. After I'd completed it and re-arranged page order, and inserted one different page, I discovered this:

The issue is present on all but one page. The one page I created separately and inserted (which also has text in the same location) is fine.
