Fill & Sign - Sign feature suddenly stopped working, why?

Fill & Sign - When using the Sign feature, why did the ability to "Apply" a signature image suddenly stop working? The screen freezes. Neither the Cancel or Apply options function.

Can you give us some more information - are you using Fill & Sign in Adobe Acrobat, Reader, a web browser, or a mobile app? Are you using a desktop (if yes, Mac or Windows) or mobile device?
