Fill & Sign text layout errors

I just edited an application using Fill & Sign PDFs.DC.  After saving my work, when I reopened the form everything that I enter was out of position over data fields.

Could you please let us know the dot version of Adobe Application and OS you are using.

Are you experiencing this issue with a particular PDF?

Will it be possible for you to share the PDF with us so we can check it on our end?
