Admittedly I haven't used F&S for awhile but now that I want to, when I click the F&S link, the page is blank. I've looked everywhere in Adobe Support but can't find and answer to weird problem.

Hello suzann3t

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the service of AdobeFill&Sign as the page is blank when you click on the Fill&Sign link, Is that correct?

Please try to access the service of Fill&Sign through the link https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Safari, or Firefox and see if it makes any difference.

You may also use the Fill&Sign service through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, if you want to download Adobe Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
