Fill text into predefined text field

Hi Community,

 

I need to fill in some information in a generated PDF document (I received it via email - the related text fields are not active, so no text can be added, the doc also not pass-protected or related). Since I'm having trouble while adding text to predefined text fields, I thought I'd try and find the answer in the Community. Please see attached screenshot and let me know your proposals. The red marked fields have to be fulfilled accordingly. By hand not a very effective solution as the doc has several pages.
