fillable and sign problems

I just upgraded so that I could send fillable and sign to several groups with multiple "combined" files. I am unable to select more than one combined file at a time to make them fillable. This will take me hours. So I tried to combine the combined files and then make those fillable and not having much luck. Usually I get a message that the file is not the right type.
