Fillable Forms

Question:

1-Can I add a fillable form to Google Docs and link it to my blogspot?

With the help of Acrobat DC's "Prepare form" tool you can create a fillable form. Adding a fillable for to Google Docs and linking to the blogpost is something depend on the mechanism of Google-Docs and  your blogpost.

If you would like your form to be available on web for everyone. You can create a web form.

2- Can I add a submit button to the document so it will send to my Gmail?
