Fillable PDFs Fields Not Fillable

I converted an existing PDF to a fillable form and emailed it to a client but the input fields do not allow input, it looks like a normal PDF.

Are you sure you have placed the fields while preparing the PDF form using Acrobat application?

Have you tested it at your end before sending the form to the user?
