I've checked your account, and all is well there. If you're still unable to access your ExportPDF subscription, please do the following:

1. Clear the browser cache.
2. Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf using your Adobe ID/email address and password (I found your subscription tied to the same email address that you use here in the forums). Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services‌).
