Font attributes

You can see that the font attributes change when a PDF document is converted to Word making the document Unreadabl I'm using 'English (US)'.

Hi Sharon,

It looks like the original PDF is from a scan. When that is the case, the converter does it's best to read the text that is provided. As for the 'hand written' items, there is no way for the converter to read that correctly as everyone has unique handwriting.

Is your conversion to .docx or .exe?
