Hi,

I have been facing a problem with converting a PDF (which is in Gotham Condensed font) into PowerPoint. I have a 160-page PDF that I was trying to convert into a PPT, but I got an error, and I assume the error was due to the large file size. So, I just grabbed one page and tried to convert it into a PPT, but the Gotham font was gone and changed to Arial. How do I convert the PDF to PPT while restoring the original Gotham font?

Hi Pratima38003299ezyx,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please check if the font was embedded in the PDF. It seems to be a font-related issue.

Could you please share the PDF with us so we can check? Also, confirm whether you are converting PDFs via an Acrobat online account or an Acrobat desktop application.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
