For cloud-based reviews, why are previously resolved comments reverting to the unresolved state without any user intervention?

    Please let us know if the issue occurs when reviewing the PDFs in Acrobat on the web. Did you experience the same behaviour when using the Acrobat desktop application? 

    It would be helpful if you could share a short video. We will share the information with the team to investigate further.
