for updating my previous service to transfer PDF to words, I have trouble to go into my payment page to update my credit card .

for updating my previous service to transfer PDF to words, I have trouble to go into my payment page to update my credit card .

[private information removed by moderator] is my account, but each time I tried to go to log to my account and update button, it turns " have problems... or turn to ask me to upgrade..."  . I don't want to upgrade, only want to stay with previous service to transfer pdf to words. Thanks

    To update/ remove the credit card info please refer the docs:

    I checked your account, your Export PDF annual service has been expired on Oct 4, 2014.

    To continue your service you have to resubscribe this.

    I am sorry, I think you misunderstand my request for what kind of help I need. I already know I need to buy or update information of credit, but your system always stop me to do it.

    can you help me to buy it ? I only need the export PDF to transfer PDF file to the words , but when I clicked that button for the product, always showing error--or direct me to other link or other products. Is it safe to tell you my credit card on the email? if you can access my account and found the credit card is walmart , the card number is same, but the expiration is [ removed by Moderator ]
