Forbidden - The operation could not be completed. Please try again later

I keep getting this error when trying to convert a pdf in a word file.  I am logged in, I have tried to convert the file two different ways.  Emailed as a pdf and scanned as a pdf.  I have had this subscription for the better of 2 years, it worked fine in the beginning and hasn't worked properly for the past 8 or 9 months.  I have gone on the community forums and read a lot of the same problem, but none of the solutions seem to work for me.  I am very disappointed in this service and would not recommend it to anyone else.

I tried to follow directions to turn off OCR Settings, but there is not a choice to turn them off only to change the language.

Any help would be appreciated.
